Moving beyond the settled territory of “Level 1” (Kirkpatrick, 1994) evaluation activities, requires creativity, determination, and persistence. Through the examination of previous POD presentations and publications about program assessment techniques, and based on the presenters’ description of their practical experience in implementing them, participants will be able to identify workable, field-tested assessment methods when presented with unique scenarios and contexts.
