Dr. Jospeter Mbuba’s Theoretical Foundations of Criminal Justice Policy class partnered with Crime Victim Care of Allen County (CVC) to conduct a needs assessment for crime victims among refugees, immigrants, and other non-English speaking populations in northeastern Indiana. The semester-long service learning exercise, funded by Indiana Campus Compact (ICC), involved 12 community agencies and culminated in a December 7, 2011 symposium, in which students presented their findings.
