Abstract

After we present our institution’s current and proposed use of business marketing principles to build awareness and use of the Writing Center, groups of participants will brainstorm ideas and share experiences about these strategies and their own approaches. Then the whole group will discuss these findings and explore how our centers can market ourselves across the disciplines in order to increase usage, clear misconceptions, and empower student writers.
