Abstract
The article comments on the prehistoric population dynamics in the Azapa Valley, Chile. It argues about the magnitude of gene flow and archaeological implications of the craniometric studies being conducted by other parties. It also cites the differences in craniometrically derived biodistances on deformed and undeformed skulls among mortuary population in the Azapa Valley.
