Abstract
Familial binary data are the dichotomous responses along with covariates collected from family members. The dependence among the members is very important in modeling this type of data. In this presentation, hierarchical Archimedian copula models are proposed to model the data with the dependence taken into consideration, and various hierarchy strategies are also compared using a real life example.
